Fachadas Coaching is a personal training service. This website is operated to provide information about our services and allow potential clients to get in touch. Our website address is fachadascoaching.co.uk.

What data we collect

When you fill out the consultation form, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any information you provide about your fitness goals

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. We do not sell your personal information. We use the service providers described below only to operate the website, forms, programme purchases and delivery, and optional advertising measurement.

Form submissions

Consultation requests submitted through our website are processed via Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree stores your submission data securely. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Programme purchases and delivery

Stripe processes payments securely. We receive your order details, payment status and the email address you enter at checkout; we do not receive your full card details. Resend uses that email address to send your order confirmation, which contains the link to your plan. Plans are Google Sheets: opening one saves a copy to your own Google account, under Google's privacy policy, and we cannot see your copy. Delivery references are stored with your Stripe order to help us resolve delivery problems. Purchase emails do not subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website may use tracking pixels from advertising platforms to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google. These pixels collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our site, including pages visited and actions taken.

This data is used to improve our ads and reach people who are likely to be interested in our services. You can opt out of personalised ads through each platform's ad settings.

Your rights
